IFS Sharing Circles

These circles offer an opportunity to pause, listen, and reflect together. Using extracts from Listening When Parts Speak by Tamala Floyd, we will explore the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of therapy in a gentle, accessible way supporting those on a journey of healing or self-discovery. The book introduces how we can learn about our Parts and their roles in our inner world.
